The main building represents a magnificent building with a usable area of over 900 m², with a capacity of approx. 50 beds which served in the past as the Financial (border) guard headquarters and then as the Janovičky summer camp. Nowadays the main building can be used for relaxation purposes, or as a family residence, team building area, a sanatorium or a hotel.

There is also another building with a usable area of 95 m², used as sanitary facilities, showers, garage and ski storage room.

Part of the Complex are also 30 separate wooden cabins with a total usable area of approx. 337 m² and a capacity of another 60 beds.

The total usable area of all buildings and cabins in the area is approx. 1,333 m².

The land with a total area of 40,632 m² offers sufficient privacy and many possibilities for further development of the area. The development of services and accommodation capacities in the area is possible thanks to the 15,860 m² of land included in the spatial plan as a relaxation and accommodation facility.

The building is accessible all year round by car with electricity and water supply and has its own waste water treatment plant and was renovated in 2005 (new windows, interior, wiring) and in 2019 (roof). Heating is provided by electric boiler or a wood-burning boiler.

The energy performance of the building (PENB) is class G (PENB is being processed).

There are many hiking trails and paths around in the Javoří mountains. In winter time there is a possibility to ski on wonderful wide slopes just a 800 m away without having to wait in long queues. The cross-country trails will also fulfill occasional and demanding cross-country skiers.

Following the beautiful hiking trails along the ridge of the Javoří Mountains, you will reach Ruprechtický Špičák, the highest peak with a looktower at an altitude of 881 m above sea level. The eastern panorama of the Krkonoše Mountains is pretty visible depending on weather, the Eagle Mountains and the Polish Hejšovyna can be seen right from this look tower.

The Complex is located 6 km from Broumov town, 13 km from the Police Cliffs – the national natural heritage area and 23 km from Adršpach Rocks.

On the Polish side of the Javory Mountains, there is a large natural protected area, Park Krajobrazowy Sudetów Wałbrzyskich. This area is full of hiking and biking paths. In the past, there was even a well-known medical and relaxation center for the noble and rich people in Sokołowsk area.
